The Current economic situation is changing and we need to change with it.

First, I know you are going to panic. The rush of adrenaline that hits you, the “burning”. You may sweat, sleepless nights, the wife/husband crying – it get’s messy.

Don’t think that you are alone.

I know that you may fall right back into panic at any time. Alot will depend on how well you are set up. If your “parachute” is in place, then you’ve already prepared for this contingancy, so ignore this article, you don’t need it. If not, then you should calm down and prepare yourself for the future. This means a mental preperation, a re-structuring of your mind, you are no longer in your comfort zone, even though that may have been a misnomer, it was what you knew and were used to, and now you have a different situation. New situations are the start of something, and the finish of something-not the end. You can and will pull out of this, you need to believe in yourself, and your spouse.

You need to keep a level head. You also need to trust that voice inside of you that warns you and that intuition that tells you what you need to do. What I’m talking about is the little voice that say’s “don’t go out and buy a new car”, or “you really need to change supermarkets to wallmart”. If you know your situation is already compromised (low financially) the best thing you can do is to immediatly embrace your situation and take positive steps to secure your lifestyle.

Indeed, your lifestyle may well have to change.
